Lisa is responsible for the management and accountability of various programs related to healthcare quality and improving value for CBGH members. In this role, she manages the organization’s day-to-day operations and helps set strategic direction for CBGH programs, including the annual Colorado Health Matters Quality Reports, the Leapfrog Group program, and eValue8, a health care accountability and quality improvement survey.
Prior to joining CBGH, Lisa was the assistant director of education at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) in Alexandria, VA for nine years, where she was responsible for the development of educational programs for the organization’s two national conferences. She also served as AMCP’s continuing education manager and managed onsite conference logistics for the organization. Her previous work includes serving as the membership and special projects manager for the Washington, D.C.-based Employers’ Managed Health Care Association (EMHCA), where she worked closely with employer members, the National Business Coalition on Health (NBCH) and the National Business Group on Health (NBCH). Lisa has also held positions at the National Committee for Quality Assurance, Queen Health Care Plan in Honolulu, HI and America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in Washington.
