About the satisfaction survey:
This standard survey changed slightly this year. Answers to questions 3, 6, and 7 cannot be trended from last year. The test of statistically significant differences in the satisfaction survey summary is based on comparison of selected categories to the average of the eight HMO plans. For questions 1 and 2, the responses in the “8, 9 and 10” category is used as the basis for comparison of significant difference. For questions 3 through 7 the comparison is to the Òno problemÓ category.
