About the satisfaction survey:
The test of statistically significant differences in the satisfaction survey summary is based on comparison of selected categories to the average of the seven HMO plans. For questions 1 and 2, the responses in the “8, 9 and 10” category are used as the basis for comparison of significant difference. For questions 3 through 7 the comparison is to the “no problem” category. Row totals may not equal 100 due to rounding.
