Affiliate
An Affiliate Organization is one that provides health care services, and may include but is not limited to pharmaceutical companies, physician groups, hospitals, employee assitance programs and other health care service providers. An Affiliate Organization can be either a for-profit or not-for-profit organization. Health plans, provider networks, pharmacy benefit management companies, consultants, brokers or agents are not eligible to join as an Affiliate.
